Today I am gonna tell you the method of losing your weight with natural things. You will definitely see the results under a month. The things you need to do are explained in the following:

For losing weight about 10 to 20-kilograms in a month you need to do regular exercise. It may include Running, Walking or gym. As I lost my 15-kilograms a month so I am sharing my experience with you. I daily do exercise about one hour.

3.Stay away from Fast Food
In this matter, I recommend you to stay away from fast food like burgers, pizzas, and icecreams etc.
4. Do not take too much Sugar
I also recommend you to stay away from Sugar as much as you can. It will be better for your health.
5. Drink Water
Drink about 6 to 9 glass water daily It is fact that water helps us in weight loss.
6. Drink Coffee
Drinking Coffee is very effective I tried it and saw the better results of coffee regarding my health.

8. Eat slowly
I hope you will laugh at it but believe me it is fact eating slowly also helps us in losing weight. In this matter, we are giving time to our body to digest food.
9. Use Cycle instead of Car
If you are fat and want to lose weight then I must suggest you take a Cycle and leave your Car only if you are serious about losing weight.
10. Eat Eggs
Eggs are the natural weight loss food. They are low in calories, high in protein and loaded with all sorts of nutrients.
